The Job Placement Centre offers students a full range of employment services. Our  goal is to help students bridge the gap between the classroom and the world of work. This process preferably begins with reaching out to students early in their studies to get them thinking about developing their first resume and understanding what soft skills employers desire. For the purpose of effective development and placement of graduates, a separate cell has been formed within the Executive Development Unit of Novel GSM under the direct guidance and supervision of manager for Graduate Development and Placement. The cell works closely with individual graduates according to their developmental as well as the placement needs at various levels.

With the purpose of providing placement to our Graduates, we now have a corporate tie-up with Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industries and National Corporate Organizations. This tie-up does not only provide our students with internship and placement, but also provides them knowledge to understand strategic issues relating to nepali businesses and industries.

Job Fair:

Novel Academy organize annual job fair in its own premises in collaboration with placement partners and corporate world. This event provides an outstanding opportunity to meet with employers either as seniors seeking full-time positions, or other students to discover possible internship opportunities, part-time jobs, or seasonal employment.
